      • What is the problem?
      • Is it in a safe condition?
    • Our rate is $75 per hour. If the job is located more than 5 miles outside the city limits of Bay City, or outside the Van Vleck, city limits then we charge a $20 trip fee.

     

    • Our emergancy rate is $125. For $125 additonal to normal rates for the work to be performed we will get a techincian out to you the same day.

    Some standards a customer should know

      • What brand?
      • What year model/How old is the system?
      • What is the problem?
        • Running all the time
        • Not cooling
        • Won’t come on.

    *Recommended to all customers, turn the system off to prevent any further damage. If you see ice on the copper lines outside turn the system to off and the fan to on!

    For new installs and new units

    We will come to your home or business and get a detailed evaluation of your building to give you the optimal design and efficiency.

Estimates: It is very difficult to give an estimate over the phone. 90 % of the time, we will need to look at the job and talk to the customer to give them a fair bid. If you know what you want a bid on. Example I want a price on installing a new 4 ton A/C System or a price on replacing my electrical service the estimate is free. If you want a price to correct a problem like "my A/C isn’t cooling or my dryer won’t dry" then we charge a normal service call to give an estimate, but that amount is applied to job if awarded.
